We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The animation activities were interesting and catered to people of all ages throughout the day. We had a blast enjoying the beautiful pools and the clean and comfortable beach, with its velvet-like and warm sea. Our room was sparkling clean, providing us with the perfect retreat after a fun-filled day. The location near the garden was a bonus, adding to the luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was great, close to the beach and with two nice pools. the food was also decent, with some fresh options. We also enjoyed the activities offered, especially the camel and horse tour we took around the area.

The cleanliness of the hotel was terrible, with the rooms and common areas not being properly cleaned. the staff was also unfriendly and unresponsive, leading to issues with basic amenities such as getting towels or cutlery.

Poor hygiene, bad food, and unhelpful staff. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, with broken tiles and peeling paintwork everywhere.

The gardens around the hotel were quite nice, with greenery all around and plenty of shade. Our room had a view of the garden which was pleasing. the breakfast was nice, with a variety of foods available. the pools were good, and it was easy to find a place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

The cleanliness of the hotel was quite disappointing. Despite the nice gardens, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was dirt and grime in the corners and on the tiles.

The hotel facilities were beautiful, especially the pools and toboggan. The breakfast was delicious, and the animation throughout the day was interesting. The staff was always available to help, making our stay comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near the garden, offering us a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of this city.
